At LIAÜ, we believe in thoughtful craftsmanship over mass production. As such, delivery timelines may vary depending on whether an item is ready-to-ship or made-to-measure.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Ready-to-Ship Items
In-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Estimated delivery within Singapore:

Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Pieces
Made-to-measure and bespoke garments are individually produced upon confirmation of your order.
Production timelines typically range from 3–4 weeks, depending on the design and current production schedule.
Once your garment is completed, it will be carefully packed and dispatched. Tracking information will be provided once shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
From time to time, LIAÜ may offer complimentary shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website and marketing channels.
Delivery Delays
While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
LIAÜ is not liable for delays caused by courier services once an order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
LIAÜ is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date so that we may assist with the investigation.
