LIAÜ Return & Refund Policy
At LIAÜ, every piece is created with intention and care. As many of our garments are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities, we encourage customers to review sizing, product descriptions, and measurements carefully before placing an order.
Bags & Accessories
We accept returns for eligible bags and accessories within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, dust bags, and protective materials must be included

Item must not show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Ready-to-Wear Apparel
Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order provided that:

The garment is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

All original tags remain attached

The garment is returned in its original condition
Items that show signs of wear, perfume, makeup stains, deodorant marks, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Pieces
All made-to-measure, bespoke, customised, or specially commissioned pieces are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
As these garments are individually produced according to the client's measurements and specifications, they cannot be resold or restocked.
Should any fit adjustments be required, we are happy to discuss reasonable alteration options where possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@liau.world with:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
